Percentage error is given as

$\begin{array}{l} {\rm{\% }}E = \frac{{|{A_m} – {A_t}|}}{{{A_t}}} \times 100\\ = \frac{E}{{{A_t}}} \times 100 \end{array}$

Given,

Am = 48 V

At = 50 V

From above concept,

E = |48 – 50| = 2 V

% E =  2 × 100/50 = 4%
